Driving

The roads to Grande Prairie are good and lead from all directions. The 450 km north-western trip from Edmonton takes from five to six hours. The drive from Calgary is 725 kms and takes about eight hours.


Bus

It's a 13-hour bus ride to Grande Prairie from Calgary. Trips from Edmonton can be eight to twelve hours.

Held in Grande Prairie, Alberta, from May 9th to 12th, 2023, The Great Canadian Playwright Showcase has a national scope that welcomes all members of Canada’s theatre community, in addition to special guests from abroad.
At TGCPS, emerging theatre professionals acquire insight and knowledge from established ones, creating new relationships, inspiring dialogue, and furthering production outcomes for playwrights, producers, artistic directors, designers, crew members, actors, and their neighbourhood businesses.
