Ammolite is one of the world’s rarest gems, and is found in only one small area in Alberta. The awards recognise special merit at TGCPS and lifetime achievement.

What, Why, How, When, Where
Marek Fracek is a European-trained Master Goldsmith. His Grande Prairie, Alberta studio is the locally renowned hub for custom-designed jewelry and repairs in the Peace Country.
His studio , MAF Goldsmith, is located a ten-minute walk from the Prairie Mall Shopping Centre at 9920 113 Ave in Grande Prairie.
